In 1999, a group of pastors and leaders from Victoria, BC, Canada came together to pray. Their intention was to seek the will of God for the transformation of our city. They have been together weekly since that time.
Many city-wide initiatives have arisen out of these weekly prayer meetings. For example, the vision of Sanctuary Youth Centre; Citywide Good Friday service; 52 & 47 days of Prayer; Ministry of the Week; various transformation rallies and conferences.
